SpectrumCrawler:

 - Displays frequency <-> signalstrength, and the historical signalstrengths of one frequency.

 To install SpectrumCrawler:

 - Copy the executable, two dll-files, two config-files, and the wav-file to a directory at your machine
 - When mscomm32.ocx isn't in C:\windows\system32 at your machine, copy it to that directory and register it with
   Start/Run... "regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\mscomm32.ocx"

 To run SpectrumCrawler double click the executable, click ok when a password is asked for, and read the help screens.



 Changes in pre alpha release 2:

  - Option added to calculate the step size instead of to calculate the end frequency.
  - Options are persisted in XML config files.
  - ICOM-R8500 yahoogroup added to about form.
  - Error handling added:
    - Can't open communications port.
